I read this recent article about a guy who bought an original Fender Broadcaster with a serial number 0033 for $100 at a yardsale. He then got is appraised for $20,000. I believe this was back in the 90’s because you can fetch a lot more for those now. I think besides having a pre war Martin D-18…this would be the other vintage guitar of my choice. If I could have 2 vintage guitars…it’d be those two.
Aren’t they nice?
I think I might wrap a portion of my retirement fund guitars.
